Returns Policy

If an item does not work out for you for some reason, you can return it in new condition within 30 days for a full refund minus shipping.  If the return is due to an error on our part, we will also refund the shipping cost.  Please note that custom and personalized items are not eligible for refunds.

If you need to return an item, please fill out our Contact Us form, or call customer service at 385-200-0474.  You will receive an RMA number and return shipping address.  Please make sure to include this RMA number with your return so there is no confusion about where the return came from.

Shipping ships items all over the world.  If you have specific questions about shipping, please let us know.  Most orders ship within 2 business days of ordering if the item you ordered is in stock.  If there is a problem with your order, you will be notified as soon as possible.
